Exchange wallet file size too big, how to replace wallet? #366

Hi Kzv and other Opentrade admins:

How to maintain, and possibly replace a wallet when the file size is too big? My exchange NENG wallet is growing really big, now several hundred M size. At some point, I will need to recycle the wallet. What is best practice to do that? Assuming I stop the withdraw and deposit of the wallet, possibly stop trading for a short period, can I just replace the old wallet to a fresh new wallet? Of course, I need to transfer the coins at old wallet to new wallet, but would that be a good practise or not?

This issue is naturally resolved. NewEnglandcoin changed name to Nengcoin. Old coin will be delisted, new coin is listed. A swap.
