3scale_ws_api_for_nodejs v0.3.0 #2

Per my emails with joaquin@3scale.net, we're happy to work with 3scale to help bring the node.js plugin into version 1.0. Here is a passing version 0.3.0 that is ready for an npm push. Please let me know if you have any questions!
