The previous redis_exporter was not showing the specific commands per second executed on newer redis v6.2.6

Upgrades redis_exporter from v1.3.5 to v1.44.0
Upgrade example redis database fromv4.0 to v6.2.6, so test are done with newer redis image
Fixes almost all grafana dashboard panels showing negative scale Y values when there are no metrics for a given panel.
Fixes network input/output panel, it was showing the whole timeseries:
While it just need to show the string input/output:
The new dashboard has been extracted with newer grafana version, that's why there are too many differences in the json file
