You also need to include the NOTICE file like we did in other projects. Also, you could add the license to the gemspec : http://guides.rubygems.org/specification-reference/#license=

That's better with those files. I guess Copyright notices could be 2017 now... :-)

A minor nit: 3scale Inc might not exist as of today in the US... Should we assign (c) to Red Hat explicitly?

Yes, I think 3scale, Inc is no more.... an I guess IP attribution should be to Red Hat Inc (double check that is the correct term).

@unleashed i copied&pasted that file from your backend open-source branch, not sure about this one. maybe @andrewdavidmackenzie can answer this?

edit: ok, will change that.
