The Goal of PR - Create APICast 0.8.0 image and Test. It should be done before creation of new bundle in community-operators-prod repo.
Current PR is similar to 3scale community PR https://github.com/3scale/3scale-operator/pull/950 See Checks - https://github.com/3scale/3scale-operator/pull/950/checks 3scale PR also had problems with bundle-validate test.
