Adds Summoner Preset: "Utilize Familiars and Summon Items to defeat your foes" Adds Boss Rush Preset: "Boss Rush Mode" Updates Expedition Preset to include new Reverse Library Card Function Updates Enemies.js to remove space at the end of Spectral Sword's name

All other changes can/should be ignored.

Closing to re-open for new preset and some corrections
