Added Expedition json and updated package preset list #82

I had to re-fork because I couldn't seem to get a build going. Every time I tried to rebuild the preset, console complained that it couldn't find hygen. I know hygen is there, not sure what it's looking for. I just deleted my previous fork and re-upped into this one to keep it simple.
