Add minor fixes, features and timer improvements

• Fix timer pause
• Improve README for Quick Start, Usage, App Uninstall and more
• New theme for LiveSplit appearance
• Now user can't skip last split
• Now user can skip splits while timer is paused
• Save the last splits-folder
• Move the themes to local
