Release workflow requires contents: read permissions #96

This is so the checkout action can authenticate to read private repositories. Two options:

  1. Set contents read permissions for GITHUB_TOKEN
  2. Use the token from the get-workflow-token job via the the token: parameter

This issue has been resolved in version 3.0.1
