Mainly for housekeeping where an admin needs to remove a bunch of invalid hits (e.g. like hits registered in a building because user walking around with mobile app still running a hit detection activated).
NOTE: with some smarts in the data from machine learning should someday be able to recognize and remove these sorts of hits automatically.
