paid for the ad-free version, still get ads

I use the igoogle gadget and the direct site access.  The advertisements show 
up on both just by logging in. 

I expect to see my tasks without Ads. Instead I see my tasks with Ads

Verson 2 On Windows 7 with Chrome and my blackberry.

I will be happy to assist you.
Are you using the same spreadsheet that you paid for ?. If so, can you open 
your Google Spreadsheet that you setup for AT+ and go to "Settings" worksheet 
(see at the bottom left corner). Let me know if you see "subscription" key ?.

i looked at both spreadsheets that i set up (both were under my google apps 
address, the first didn't seem to work, but the second stuck) and neither have 
a subscription key.

thank you for getting back to me via email so quickly. Also, thank you for the 
quick refund.  I am amazed at your level of customer service considering you're 
just a small shop, i'm duly impressed.  I love your software, and will continue 
using it.  I'm not sure what happened to break it, but i'll try the 
subscription again.
