Are you using the same spreadsheet that you paid for ?. If so, can you open
your Google Spreadsheet that you setup for AT+ and go to "Settings" worksheet
(see at the bottom left corner). Let me know if you see "subscription" key ?.

i looked at both spreadsheets that i set up (both were under my google apps
address, the first didn't seem to work, but the second stuck) and neither have
a subscription key.

thank you for getting back to me via email so quickly. Also, thank you for the
quick refund. I am amazed at your level of customer service considering you're
just a small shop, i'm duly impressed. I love your software, and will continue
using it. I'm not sure what happened to break it, but i'll try the
subscription again.
