down loading excel from monthly summary gives file that cannot be read by excel - html instead

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create monthly summary
2. hit button to download to excel
3. save file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Download gives a file report.xls on the desktop, but the file cannot be read by 
excel.   Instead it is in html format.  

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

activity tracker plus 3.1 on windows 7

that explains your problem.
