Yesterday afternoon we had unexpected heavy load to our servers. But we fixed
it in the evening. So it must be working by now
If you are accessing Activity Tracker Plus via Prism, please press Ctrl + Shift
+ f5 to refresh your screen.
Let me know if you have any issues, I will be happy to assist you

Instead of Ctrl + Shift + f5, try pressing just F5. This will refresh the prism
screen

I was having this same issue. But it went away either thru refresh of page or
restarting login.

Follow the below steps
1- Login into your Google Docs http://www.google.com/docs where you have your
Activity Tracker Spreadsheet setup
2- Click http://www.screeperzone.com/atplus/?eu=1#existingUser and type in the
Google Spreadsheet name that is setup for Activity Tracker Plus
3- Grant access to the spreadsheet
4- You will now be taken to the setup screen.
Let me know if the above works.

by re-granting access to prism nothing was solved. I can access the page
through the browser and it looks ok but I can't seem to uninstall prism and
re-install it. any idea how to unistall prism?

I found and deleted the Caches of Prism for the Activity tracker and now things
are back to normal. on my W7 the caches where in:
C:\Users\georgni\AppData\Local\Prism\Office Time
Tracking\Profiles\v1tv82zq.default
if it happens to any one else, you'll probably see a different ".default"
directory. in there you'll find a couple of Cache ending sub directories,
delete those two and start prism.
