Timer's count of min and hours doesn't stop counting #175

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.open the app in Prism.exe
2.Pick on the green Timer icon to start timer
3.Stop Timer and on right edge of section, in bold, is the amount of time 
accumulated (this is where the error is)
4.Look at the window later - i.e., 30 min later, the counter will show the 
extra 30 min PLUS what was accumulated in the start - stop time frame.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect to see the total for the day not the amount of time since i 
started the timer (whether I stopped the timer or not).  I would expect to see 
the 4 hrs:  start at 10a stop at 12p = 2.0h, start 1p to 3p = 2+2 = 4h. 
Instead, it shows 5h, which includes the 1 hr not used. 

In the attached picture, the timer in the top window should show 23m not 56m, 
as there was just one entry today, but the bold, blue min counter has not 
stopped counting.

4.0.2 on Windows 7-64b

Here is later in the day - no new time on the timer other than this 20min., yet 
it shows over 8 hrs.

Thanks for reporting.

 Can you try clicking "Refresh" icon (Near the "Menu") in the main activity list screen and try to reproduce the issue?
