Getting error message when Creating New Google Spreadsheet For Activity Tracker Plus

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Logged into Google account
2.Clicked on Setup and start using Activity Tracker Plus
3.Input sensible name for spreadsheet
4.Clicked on button to Grant Access etc
5.Clicked on button to Grant Access
6. Got "Error Message: Cannot create new spreadsheet due to errors that occured 
when connecting to Google Spreadsheet Service"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

"Error Message: Cannot create new spreadsheet due to errors that occured when 
connecting to Google Spreadsheet Service"

Im following the instructions and i am keep getting that error:

Create New Google Spreadsheet For Activity Tracker Plus 

Activity Tracker Plus uses your Google Spreadsheet to store data. Please follow 
the ONE time setup steps below to start using Activity Tracker Plus. 

Step 1:  Create a New Google account just for Activity Tracker Plus or use your 
existing Google account.( This account is required for saving your Activity 
Tracker data. After setup, you never need to login in to this Google account. 
You can access Activity Tracker Plus from any of your Google account.) 

Step 2:  Login to your newly created or existing Google account 

Step 3:   Enter a desired spreadsheet name where you would like to store all 
your Activity Tracker Data. Activity Tracker Plus will create the spreadsheet 
for you. 

New Spreadsheet Name:  
(Use ONLY Alpha numeric characters ie. A to Z and 0 to 9 , with NO spaces. 
Special Characters will be replaced by underscores.) 

Step 4:  Click the button below to grant access to Screeperzone.com to create 
the spreadsheet. Make sure you click "Grant access" when Google requests your 
permission. Screeperzone.com is registered with Google and we conduct all 
transactions securely. 
You will be redirected to an Instruction page on how to start using Activity 
Tracker Plus
