I started the gadget, got it set up, and was utilizing it, now the in/out and everthing is gone and i cant get it back

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.signing into Igoogle.com

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I expect to see the 
gadget ready to use, instead it is as if I have to start from scratch.  I 
attempted to reimput the html address and it says it is missing 
information.  I tried to input the three codes (found in the spreadsheet) 
and it gives the following: Required field is empty. Enter either a valid 
web address or three required information

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? using 
it with Igoogle on google chrome with windows xp. Activity tracker plus

Please provide any additional information below.
