Hide messages from #join-ic-roles-here in search #13

This is a request to consider hiding the messages (either by occasionally deleting the messages, or by setting the channel to now show history) in the #join-ic-roles-here channel since searching for board keywords shows results from the bot listing all ranks regularly.
