Remove Replies in #buy-sell-trade #14

Replies in bst only contribute to clutter and never follow the required formatting.

Copying and pasting the original message takes all of 30 seconds and let's the user update pricing, remove sold items, and whatever else they need to do. Adding a rule to not reply to original messages will help reduce clutter and increase reachability of the channel.

While I agree, I've been scrolling through recent messages in the channel for a few minutes now and it seems like all the replies have had the proper formatting including location and there are very few in the first place. This is still a good suggestion.
