Change Email Language to RI #59

Several spots in the new user registration mention Missouri and/or need to be cleaned up for grammatical changes. I have included screenshots of all the issues below. mo-lingo (missouri language above) more-mo (missouri language above) capital (grammatical errors above) mo-email (missouri language above, welcome email)

The email wording can be changed here, under Configuration>People>Account Settings: email

All changes have been made to RI language except those in the Account activation, Password recovery, etc. emails.
