  1. Study the ISO Guidelines and tell if there is anything associated that we can use in our project
  2. Look for competitors like Anydesk, TeamViewer & BeyondTrust Remote Support for their USP's and the extra functionalities that we can add to our project as well.
  3. Look for auditing measures and isolations that we can provide in the tool.
