Issue on confirmation page 404 #213

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to 404.md
  2. Click on Book a tour
  3. Fill all necessary fields with valid data
  4. Click Submit button (email should be send to user)
  5. Open email and proceed with registration
  6. User should be navigated back to 404 page

Expected result: Confirmation form should be fully readable

Actual result: Confirmation form has broken style
