Styles of the fields in popup on tablets are broken #227

Steps to reproduce:

  1. On a Tablet navigate to www-dev.404.md
  2. Navigate to Coworking page
  3. Under Individual column click on Get Price button
  4. Check for Styles of the fieds

Expected result: Styles should not be broken Actual result: Styles are broken screen shot 2017-11-13 at 13 29 17
