Merging GTWteam with GTWcivilians #46

This is needed in order to enable the "/criminal" command as well as the GUI accessible via the F5 key allowing players to end their work and view their current job progress and rank.

Former resources: GTWteam and GTWranks has been merged into GTWcivilians and optimized.
