Need some more opinions on this, this push contains many unrelated changes. All of them well written but some of them are basically settings that would affect the game play radically. More healthy cars would make players drive more reckless, no blips on bots would destroy the meaning of CnR as in it's current realistic shape and turn it into a turf war between cops and criminals as both sides would know their enemies exact location at all time.
