[milestone] Account data storage #77

Every single data needs to be stored on a MySQL type DBMS. This should be a milestone for 3.0 final.

Both should be supported but easily changed from GTWcore/data/settings.xml. Good point otherwise

MySQL is now fully functional, as of v4.0-beta even account data will be stored in the connected MySQL database
