Revert invalidations #2020

What if maintainers marks the disclosure invalid initially and with further explanation, consider the issue? Should maintainers be provided with option to validate the issue again?

@Saphall - thanks for the idea and apologies for the delay in response here 👏

We agree that maintainers should be able to do this. We are currently blocked by some technical overhaul work, but will surely address this soon. Will keep you updated on this thread! 🧵
