real-time Rendering the disclosure write-up slow down my browser #2098

before it this problem always exist only when we clicked on show button but now the default mode which is do real-time rendering, make a trouble.

We might be able to render the content of the markdown once it is available in the user viewport. Thanks @adam-nygate for suggestion.
