Recalculate bounties as soon as prize pot is liberated #2111

Let suppose, Someone have submitted 2 vulnerabilities, 1st was for $150 and the 2nd was for 62$ something (as per the calculation by system)

Now maintainer marked 1st vulnerability as invalid and 2nd as valid.

So technically, first vulnerability should get 150$ but got only 62$, which is a gap.

We are currently addressing this in a tech clean-up, and should have it delivered shortly!

I will return to this issue once we have deployed a fix for this issue! 👏
