Delete gym vulnerability #2112

Hey, I'm the maintainer of Gym. Per this thread- https://github.com/openai/gym/pull/2164- the vulnerability you describe isn't really a vulnerability. It's more of "if you can already arbitrarily execute code, this allows you to execute arbitrary code with extra steps." I'd like this removed to prevent future PRs.
