Separate fixer credit with fix payout #2205

After "Validating" a Vulnerability a fix need to be selected:

Current options are: Credit Reseacher (+ Fix bonus) Credit maintainer (+ Fix bonus) Credit nobody (drop fix bonus)

Options should be added:

Credit maintainer + drop fix bonus Credit 3 person / creator of commit + drop fix bonus

I've just noticed this too and as maintainer, i would like to be cretited for the fix (e.g. display that I've fixed it) but I don't want to take the fix-bonus for my own project. This would be a very welcomed adjustment
