13 bug incomplete conda setup instructions #15

Description

Just a small tweak to help troubleshooting wf_ntp setup

Changes include

I test the following:

from a clean environment (I guess):

conda create -n wf_ntp python=3.8
conda activate wf_ntp
conda install --file=conda_wf_ntp_requirement.txt

Before merging I suggest to confirm this sequence of commands via the 2nd batch of onboarding student and modify the addition instruction into a quotation section as follow:

PackageNotFoundError

Si vous obtenez l'erreur PackageNotFoundError à l'étape 2., essayez d'ajouter le channel conda-forge via conda config --append channels conda-forge puis réexécuter
