Features

[x] create API for comments
[x] create API for posts
[x] create API for tags
[x] create Forum main page
[x] create Post page

Forum main page

[ ] show list all posts. see other forum site for "inspiration"
[x] can create new post -> should redirect to new page for creation

Post page

[ ] show a post and all its comments. see reddit for "inspiration"
[ ] can add comment to the post
[ ] can edit the post
[ ] show "edited" tag if edited
