feat: implement horoscope command

Enhancements/fixes:

• formatted responses to add space after punctuations
• also removed "May Premium Horoscope" headers which appears in monthly
• added horoscope icons
• changed embed color to purple to match icons

Add newline after any punctuation that doesn't have a space after them because they're supposed to be newlines before they got squished by the API
