Issue Title: Implement /maxime Command

Issue Description: As a user of our Discord bot, I want to be able to use a "/maxime" command to retrieve and display an image of Maxime's face, so that I can see his face within Discord.

Feature Description:

The "/maxime" command should take no arguments.
When invoked, the bot should retrieve and display an image of Maxime's face.
The bot's response should include the image of Maxime's face.

Acceptance Criteria:

The "/maxime" command is successfully implemented and tested.
Invoking the "/maxime" command should result in the bot retrieving and displaying an image of Maxime's face.
The bot's response should include the image of Maxime's face.

Additional Notes:

This feature will provide users with a way to see Maxime's face within Discord.
Please ensure thorough testing of the "/maxime" command functionality before closing this issue.
