Issue Title: Implement /hi Command

Issue Description: As a user of our Discord bot, I want to be able to use a "/hi" command to send a friendly greeting message to the user who invokes the command, so that I can create a welcoming atmosphere within Discord.

Feature Description:

The "/hi" command should take no arguments.
When invoked, the bot should send a friendly greeting message to the user who invoked the command.
The greeting message should be customizable and convey a warm welcome.

Acceptance Criteria:

The "/hi" command is successfully implemented and tested.
Invoking the "/hi" command should result in the bot sending a friendly greeting message to the user who invoked the command.
The greeting message should convey a warm welcome and be well-received by users.

Additional Notes:

This feature will help create a welcoming atmosphere within Discord and foster positive interactions among users.
