Branch Off AdvantageKit/AdvantageScope Branch

[ ] Split up subsystem into IO file and regular subsystem file
[ ] IO file includes all the inputs (things that we want to log)
[ ] IO file includes anytime that we are directly accessing the motors
[ ] Subsystem file includes all the regular methods
[ ] IO inputs are auto loggeed
