Having a setup plan ahead of time (and communicated to the scouts) can be helpful

We might be able to set up/tear down the scouting setup faster if we have a dedicated seating chart that we use in the stands for where scouters sit relative to the scouting box. I don't want to tell people exactly where to sit, but making sure the best seats are reserved for scouts (and we know where the scouts should be sitting) could be helpful here
