Error says it requires an older version of android... and crashes when I install, and try to run.

I have an android, Samsung Galaxy, A146u.

I don't know if you're looking to update it.? So I figured I'd ping and see if anything will be done since this is an older project. Maybe I'll look into rebuilding/ recreating the app if this is the end of the builds. Thanks.
