fix: PAUL clusters have wrong cluster name, row mislabed; cluster names for MADE needs to be added #518

Describe the bug

Noticed there are some mistakes on the paul clusters:

cluster names are not right (will update this in the reply of this issue thread)
some row numbers in paul-f5 is wrong

And got the names for the MADE clusters:

MADE-F0A - Bogden 3
MADE-F0B - The Void
MADE-F0C - Kaer morhen
MADE-F0D - Gallifrey

it has been discussed in discord general channel that handling the issues of incorrect cluster names and seats will be taken care in this one issue

paul_map so here is the list of cluster names of PAUL, but apparently for Narnia, in front of the door, Hogwarts are labeled as the name(...?) so I'll just go with the hogwarts
