Tokyo campus recently moved to a new place from the campus added by #347

Describe the solution you'd like

by modifying the tokyo.ts file to suit the new building. (I would like to do it)

Additional context

since I can't test locally because of Kubernetes failure #587 , I probably need to ask @42atomys to run tests.
