진행중 | 완료 왔다갔다 할 때 계속 api 새로 호출함

api 여러 번 사용하는 대신 캐싱하거나 해당 페이지 내에서라도 저장 필요

인덱스에서도 써야 하기 때문에 진행중 리스트는 useQuery로 쓰는 게 나을까 생각중입니다

현재 한번에 다 받아와서 보여주는 것만 바꾸는 식으로 하고 있음
