\ not escaped in password #136

I was unable to log in to our Mattermost instance via matterircd until I escaped the \ in my password with an extra backslash. Same problem using both circ and ERC as clients. As I'm not very familiar with IRC, I'm not sure if this is this a bug or a feature?

Yes, you'll have to escape those , it's a feature for now ;) Added it to the wiki
