I see the cap of 200 users per channel. I suppose it's paging issue related to https://github.com/42wim/matterircd/issues/244. But this time it's related to irc channels.

Mattermost version: 5.10.0 Matterircd version: 0.19.3-dev (current master)

Indeed a paging I forgot to fix. Fixed in master now
