8 years ago I resolve ... it is a PATH environment problem on devkitpro. Devkitpro make a payload.bin and use it to finish build of al .plg files

8 years ago I resolve ... it is a PATH environment problem on devkitpro. Devkitpro make a payload.bin and use it to finish build of al .plg files
During building give an error, missed payload.bin on plugin directory (of course i try to use otherapp payload of the smea but can't work .... i find a pokemon Y laredfs.plg size is 12kb and the my layeredfs.plg (for pokemon omega ruby) size is 42kb (same of payload SMEA - otherapp). Pokemon y layeredfs work and pokemon omegaruby layeredfs don't work :( I search on the web for any type of payload but i can't find it... no payload in source code!!! The problem is after green flash screen my (all type of) layeredfs.plg created don't work, stop in 3ds screen, the layeredfs of people in the web work? WTF? All guide don't speak about these payload.bin
