Replace the generator with an alternator #7

The generator is off and is garbage. We need a 12 volt one

Removed it and it's bracket.

Need to clean the bracket and try to unstick this one

Got a bolt out of it, trying to get the other out soon.

Got the bolt out and took the generator apart, the armature look good (passed the multimeter test). Broke a screw on one of the positive connectors. Need to order grease fittings.

The bearing at the top of the generator is a Nachi 6203Z. Needs to be re-greased, possible replaced.

Cleaned up the rust, I need to get it ready for paint tomorrow.

Bailed on restoring the generator for now, the pulley is too warn and the inside is just a mess. Purchased an alternator from Amazon.
