Get Started on the Lift Subsystem #38

We also need to start programming the Lift Subsystem, as it seems like build team is making a lot of progress on the lift itself. It should be similar to the SwingArmSystem from last year. Swing Arm System To know what motors we are going to add, please ask build team/electronics team.

I wouldn't focus directly on this yet, as the lift subsystem is a bit different than the Swing Arm, as that was a PID subsystem.

I do believe that we have gotten started on the lift system.
