Thought I was doing something wrong when couldn't find a option to add AD users.. Guess not.
If you setup Cockpit (and/or Linux installation) to have single sign on via Active Directory or integrate it into your current Linux single sign on system.
Once Linux and Cockpit can use the single sign on then the other other addons will be able to see and use them. For instance the Navigator addon and this addon (Cockpit File Sharing).

Is it possible to use Users/Groups from active directory? on system level i can see all accounts (smb/winbind integration) but i cant see them in the UI of cockpit-file-sharing.
any ideas, or could this be integrated?
