Imposible to create home-less users #5

Bug Info

Describe the bug When the field Home Directory is left empty, since the new user shouldn't have a home directory, cockpit identities automatically uses /home/ as home directory.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create new user
  2. leave home directory empty
  3. click create
  4. /home/ will be created.

Expected behavior Create a user without home directory
