add a function to contain the 'differential operator' #11

We currently use a simple matrix multiplication In the integration scheme. However, while this represents our current needs, this can be generalized by adding a differential operator function. This is needed for the implementation of a consumption based ansatz

this is already managed by the "coefficient model" and can be managed like this for a non linear model as well.
