Decide the final name. #2

jeepers sounded sweet late at night but I rather dislike it now. A final name needs choosing before I finish or promote this.

Abbreviation Name Googleable Comments
gprs Genetic Programming RuSt N GPRS is a cellular protocol.
deaper DEAPer Y Pushes the DEAP relation too heavily for my liking.
evco EVolutionary COmputation Y Good name. Pays tribute to my EVCO class.
evolvers Evolve RuSt Y Looks a bit unusual.
evolve_rs Evolve RuSt Y Good name. Looks less unusual.
